Please how can I grow my team and achieve my goal

I'm a network marketer with livegood, livegood is a US product company, I joined livegood on the first of Febuary this year, I am a silver rank member with seven bronze and 16 ordinary members in my team I need help on how I can reach more active people to join my team.

As a network marketer, your team plays a pivotal role in this. The best way to grow a team is to find people whose goals, vision, and values align with yours. Here are some key strategies that can help you grow your team and achieve your desired goals:

• Engage your team: Signing up a prospect isn’t enough, engaging your prospect is the solution. Set their expectations right and show your prospects what it takes to invite more people to join the business. This will help you create a team of 5, 10, or more new members in the next few weeks.

• The Leader in You:- You need to understand that leadership is more than just a position. Every prospect wants to see that their leader has all it takes to lead and make them excel in their various fields. Be a good example for the team, and stay authentic and true to yourself. Build a cohesive team and make a commitment to your team.

• Build Strong Communication Skills:- Good communication skills play a significant role in team building. Effective communication helps the team to have a sound understanding of what to do, how to do things, and when to take necessary steps without being told.

• Be more transparent and give room for feedback, this helps you to understand your team from their own view or perspectives. Have a listening ear, and make sure others know that you’re paying attention to what they’re saying. This creates an environment where people feel comfortable sharing and collaborating.

• Be more consistent:- Consistency means, you are always showing up and stepping up. This helps create a stable space that your team can rely on to build trust and understanding, making it a place where everyone can excel together.

• Use social networks:- Connect with people in the same field as yours and learn one or two tips from them.

• Do more:- Go the extra mile, be more intentional, and be ready to take risks., do not settle with the knowledge that you have. Go for more, invest in yourself.

In business of this age and time, leaders can easily loose the grip on their team when not properly managed. If you want to grow your team and achieve the goal of your business, there are two things I would recommend.

CARE AND CANDOR

  1. Care - Engage your team members outside work, speak with them, ask them questions, and be generally interested in their life.

Caring may also include know their state of health, their problems, and lending a helping hand where you can. When you show interest in what your team members do, they will use their full energy to support what you do, and help you achieve your aim.

  1. Candor - To be candid is to be sincere, don't decieve yourself, and don't decieve your team members. Support them, care for them, but when there loopholes you should also inform them.

Being candid with your team members will open their eyes to see how best they can do things, and also sharpen their growth at the same time.

Sitting your team together to identify gaps, and measure progress is essential, because you can only increase when you see your last bus stop.

One problem of entrepreneurs is that they want to maintain the status quo, they don't want to offend their team members, they don't want to be hard on them, or give them tasks that can stretch them to make them improve. But the truth is that being candid will demand all of that.

You should be lenient when necessary, but when your growing you should show everyone the track and how to run on it.
