Allen has management and operational background since 2003, and she has led and directed strategic growth of Just Clean It waste department by promoting fruitful partnerships that have pushed Just Clean It from being a collect and dump company to recycling (turning waste to value).
Making it the first company to do organic waste recycling in Kampala and Wakiso districts.
By doing this, Allen has already influenced the Buganda kingdom that is headed by the King of Buganda to give the project land for the transfer station.
In another development, in championing climate change mitigation of two thousand (2000) households of middle scale , Allen has influenced the leadership committee of Naalya Estate, in Kira municipality, to start greening the entire estate , a campaign that Just Clean It is still part of.
Allen has spearheaded the cleaning campaigns in low scale communities in a bid to avoid extreme littering which enables the community to enjoy clean air, a case in point is Namboole stadium dumpsite that used to send out a stench all over the Kireka town, Just Clean It’s existence in the area caused even the army and police involvement to get rid of a 500 ton dumpsite which has since been replaced by a market.
Allen has influenced local authorities to partner with Just Clean It to a level that Just Clean It has become an agent of the municipal under the PPP, now for three year subject to renewal and Just Clean It is incharge of cleaning 20,000 homes.
Allen has influenced a round table discussion about air quality after interfacing with the executive director of ACTADE, what was shared was about the dangers of burning rubbish and the extent of the pollution of the air quality in Kireka.
Allen has influenced the memorandum of the waste transformer of the Netherlands,
Alien has developed a team of ten youths that she has taught how to carry out waste management services in a professional way. The team is now managing the villages with excellent customer care.
