Travelling to meet the farmers because Zambia is vast and different area produce different varieties of the produce. In order to find reasonably priced products I have to visit different places to negotiate for better prices.
Actions I’ve taken so far
I have connected myself with some locals in four areas so far and managed to deliver a 1.2 tonnes load of sugar beans in June, 2023.
My future goals
I hope to increase my export quantities because I have many enquiries coming in due to people who know me telling other people about my business.
My motivations to work with a mentor
I might need a different viewpoint on the business I am doing. Someone else might give me ideas I never thought of and it might help me to grow the business.

There is not a big market for various dry organic farm produce like beans and groundnuts in Zambia. Most farmers fail to find a market. I decided to source these products and export to Botswana.
