What I need help with

My background as an entrepreneur

My current challenges

I have limited technical knowledge of Fintech and no experience in the industry. But I identified a need or the need got my attention and I'm passionate about helping to solve it.

Actions I’ve taken so far

I launched a free prototype in my local community. I'm trying to develop an MVP. I also started writing a business plan for it as a Fintech business. I'm doing my research about Fintech businesses in Nigeria. I'm also taking courses in Social Entrepreneurship. I consider myself moderately techy.

My future goals

Planning on starting a course in Data Analysis and taking every course to develop skills as a Fintech Social Entrepreneur.

My motivations to work with a mentor

I just recently realised that solving the issues of access to funds and insurance for African Women will require the use of modern technology for which I have limited but not-so-green knowledge A mentor will help guide me in the right direction for ease of operations and networking.

If a young mentor (below 35) is not intimidated to take me on, it is my desire to work with the young. I will consider it an honour. I am 53.
