Once people have signed up, they often stay because they enjoy the classes so much -- but it is hard to find the people in the first place. My most successful strategy is word-of-mouth. I need to know how to fill classes (how to reach out to people).

EZ Compliments Indian Cooking Classes
Chef Shilpi teaches Indian cooking classes with personalized menus, easy-to-follow online instruction, and spices delivered to client's doors. We offer weekly online workshops, which cover traditional and fusion dishes in a 4-week series, as well as private parties for groups of guests.
My mission is that Indian food is meant to be enjoyed by everyone. Diverse Indian dishes are great for people seeking vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, heart-healthy, and diabetes-friendly meals. With 12 years of experience teaching cooking, I personalize any meal to fit guest diets, preferences, and spice tolerance.
