I am planning to build a digitalised healthcare system in India. We have created value propositions for the customers, simulated market positioning and build a wire frame to create a mobile application for the user journey. My biggest challenge is to obtain information about prescribers ( those offers the service) to match their service with that of the customers who benefit from those service. Since the information is unorganised in Indian market, I am wondering how can we reach the prescribers in bulk to invite to our platform for providing service? How can we leverage our platform attractive to both service providers and receivers? The biggest bottle neck is to map the service providers across the states and in the country.
Actions I’ve taken so far
I have been wondering whether I can use AWS / seny/EMailoctopus to reach the service providers. I am still not sure how can I get hold of those databases and how efficiently to reach the service providers to be part of our platform.
My future goals
We want to provide an excellent service to help people from all walks of life by building an interactive health app that sub-serves multiple applications. My future goal is to build the prototyped application as soon as possible and get to the customers for early testing and adoption.
My motivations to work with a mentor
I hope to seek suggestions from the mentor in understanding how to better position our application in the market, build creative channels to reach and convince both service providers and customers to use our application, navigate in scaling our growth for early tractions.
