My biggest challenges are marketing and sales. My organization is not growing because of lack of focus in these two areas. We are 1. not generating enough leads and 2. not efficiently converting the leads. We need to learn using multiple channels to generate leads and establish tools / processes to convert the leads effectively.
Actions I’ve taken so far
I've tried leading marketing and sales myself, but that hasn't worked well. Since I don't have background in these areas, I haven't been able to set up the right environment for our team to grow.
My future goals
I need to grow my organization as I think our team is pretty strong in delivering our services. Most of our clients are pretty happy with us. As long as we can fix the broken leads and sales processes, I think we would be on our way to a nice growth.
My motivations to work with a mentor
I would like my mentor to help me with guiding to the right principles for Lead gen and Sales. Help me define the correct team structure, skill sets, etc.
About my venture
We are a Systems Integrator and a consulting partner for Salesforce. We provide Salesforce implementation, support and customization services. We also offer IT staff augmentation services to our customers.
